2010 Midwest Shorthorn Spectacular Sale

The 3rd Annual Midwest Shorthorn Spectacular Sale will be held Saturday February 27, 2010 at 1:00pm CST at the Illinois State Fairgrounds in Springfield, IL. This sale will feature 19 Show Ready Open Heifers, 3 Halter Broke Show Heifers, 4 Herd Bull Prospects, & 16 Genetic Lots. Featuring the Estate Dispersal of Terry Steinhour's genetic inventory. Offering the very best from 19 different operations. Cattle will be paraded in Barn 25M on sale day at 11:00 am.

Thank you to everyone who attended the 3rd Annual Midwest Shorthorn Specatular Sale. It was a picture perfect day in Springfield, IL on sale day for our crowd of over 200 bidders. The high selling lot was Lot 14, consigned by Horton Farms, who brought $6000 and was sold to Little Cedar Cattle Company. The 2010 sale grossed $70,200 on 40 lots for an average of $1755.
